We manufacture floor grinders, tile removal, concrete polishing tools and other vital pieces of machinery for the professional cleaning, construction and maintenance industries.
Innovatech has an immediate opening for an Inside Sales Representative at the Louisville, KY manufacturing facility. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible to provide the top level of customer service and support that our customers expect. It is a vital part of our organization and the central order processing & customer service hub for North America.
The role of inside sales is responsible to the General Manager and expected to perform consistently and effectively in the following ways:
Must be effective in working collaboratively with customers, production, purchasing and finance
Ability to build a strong team through effective communication, motivation, leadership and the ability to set goals and achieve them
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Understand customer needs and requirements
Direct qualified opportunities to the appropriate Territory Sales manager (TSM) for further development and closure
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Maintain and expand your database of prospects
Review the Outstanding Orders report to ensure orders are sent by assigned ship date
Other duties as required and assigned
Requirements
Proven inside technical sales experience
Strong phone presence and experience with dozens of calls per day
Experience working with a CRM system
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
