Benefits Sales Specialist Job Opening in Louisville, Kentucky - The Benefits Firm is currently looking to hire Group Benefits Specialists. This is a sales position and would be an excellent opportunity for someone that would like to begin or further advance a sales career. The role will be to initiate and facilitate the sale of health insurance policies to prospective clients. Benefit Specialists will develop clients and assist in service issues with the help of the Benefits Administrator. The candidate must be eager to grow their career through hard work and excellent customer service. An insurance license and insurance experience is not necessary. Training and licensing will be facilitated for the candidate by The Benefits Firm. The position offers an excellent compensation package including base salary, commissions, and bonuses. The total compensation package can be in excess of $40,000 first year. Our benefit offering includes multiple health plan options, health savings accounts, dental, 401K, paid time off and paid holidays, company paid life, disability insurance and more.
