As the Lead Software Engineer, you will be joining a team of four other developers to create new applications for one of the country's leading technology shops. Working within an Agile environment, 60% of your time will be spent developing new products while the other 40% will be spent developing existing products on legacy platforms. 80%-90% of the development will be backend focused.
Requirements:
8+ years of professional development experience within an enterprise level environment.
Previous experience with 4.0 & 4.2.
Experience with MVC 4 & 5.
Experience with Core.
Strong C# programming experience; previous experience in programming is strongly desired.
Strong understanding of Web APIs and previous experience working with them.
SQL experience.
Experience working within an Agile environment and completing 2-week sprints. Strong Understanding of the Scrum process.
Additional Information:
Our client is using SQL Server 2016. Experience with this is not required but could be helpful.
This individual needs to have an interest in learning Ruby on Rails and working with it from a front-end perspective.
You will be working with junior level developers; the ideal candidate will have previous experience and/or an interest in mentoring less experienced developers.

Interview Process:
First-Round: 45-minute phone screen with the hiring manager
Second-Round: final round, onsite face-to-face interview totaling 2 hours. 60 minutes of technical screening and 60 minutes with the hiring manager and team.
