Job Description:
Responsible for managing financial and accounting processes within generally accepted accounting principles. This includes systems and policies, revenues and cash management; banking; tax and regulatory requirements; payroll system. Develop strategies to support the achievement of long term initiatives. Perform quantitative and financial analysis, assess risk effectively, and project growth and sustainability.
Traits & Skills Required:
Bachelor? s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
MBA or CPA certification a plus
5+ years of experience in a similar capacity
Demonstrated process analysis
Experience managing AP, AR, cash management processes
Excellent communication skills
Organized self-starter
