Our Wesley Woods location is currently hiring for a full-time Recreational Manager.
The Recreational Manager plans, organizes, develops and directs quality activities for residents ensuring that the recreational, physical, intellectual, spiritual and social needs of each resident are met in accordance with all laws, regulations and A.G. Rhodes?s standards. This position reports to the Activities Director.
Licensing and Credentialing:
A bachelor?s degree required
Recreational therapy, art, drama, music therapy, social work preferred but will accept other subject areas.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of MDS and electronic medical charting
Working in a long-term care facility
Recreational Therapist certification (National Council for Therapeutic Recreation Certification exam) or Activity Director 36-Hour Training Course administered by the Georgia Healthcare Association
