Full Charge Bookkeeper Job Opening in New York, New york - Growing Global Manufacturer looking for 4-5 days per week
Bookkeeper/Customer Service Representative. Extensive Knowledge of Quickbooks is a MUST and will only consider candidates that have QBs. Must also have a strong accounting background.
Will be working 4-5 days a office is fast paced and friendly environment and person needs to be quick learners.
with Quickbooks-Needs to be organized-Quick of accounting
Responsibility-A/R, A/P- Bank shipping documents, commercial invoices, etc-Update customer order status-Prepare warehouse release documents-Work closely with Taxes filings, commission statement, credit card reconciliation,
Have experience with Import/Export Documents is a plus.
