As a Sales Associate you will provide exceptional customer service to all potential home buyers as well as generate leads and set appointments for the community Sales Professional. Your primary focus is to learn our business, model, and sales processes and move into a Sales Professional role. This can be achieved in as little as 90 days through a mentorship and onboarding process specifically designed for your successful growth in our company. During the first 90 days you will be trained and given assignments that will help you learn everything you need to know about Rausch Coleman Homes and our amazing buyers. Once you have been certified you will be given the opportunity for advancement. Our Sales Professionals make anywhere from 80k to 200k with most around 100k. Our sales management teams primary focus is to facilitate your growth and development along with cultivating a fun, faith based and exciting culture to thrive in.
This position has enormous potential for future growth as we continue to expand in the OKC market.
