Tomalty Dental Care is currently seeking an experienced Regional Manager to join our state of the art practices, overseeing 6-10 dental offices. This individual will possess leadership and coaching abilities as well as the ambition to take the practice to new heights.
This position will be responsible for the overall improvement and success of all the dental offices through employee training, patient satisfaction, OSHA and HIPAA compliance, collaborating with all staff members and all levels of management, measuring profitability,
revenue growth, and collections.

Requirements:
-A minimum of 5 years dental management experience
-Regular travel between the offices and our corporate office
-Prior P&L management experience
-Dentrix and Open Dental experience is a plus!
-Proven history of achieving results
-Proven track record of providing outstanding patient service
-Experience managing multiple offices
