Must hold a minimum Active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License.
Job Duties will include but are not limited to:
CRM Management:
Develop Rapport via outbound calls to CRM Leads
Qualify Buyer Leads by Determining Needs, Timeline and Resources
Document Buyer Information within CRM and Maintain Buyer Leads in CRM
Keep CRM Buyer Tasks and Leads in Freedomsoft Current
Keep CRM property status current and updated
Property Sales:
Assist with the design, implementation and and ultimately follow the sales process
Coordinate access and showings of properties as needed
Physically present/show properties as needed to potential Buyers
Follow up on showings
Request and solicit offers
Present offers to management
Terms on behalf of Sellers
Manage Paperwork Pipeline (Contracts, EMD, Inspection Period, etc.)
Internally Communicate and Verify File Progress with Transaction Coordinator
Sheppard deal to close maintaining buyer engagement and cooperation throughout.
Follow up with, cards, gifts and check in?s to support our buyer?s efforts, further build rapport and add value.
Office Support:
Remain an engaged part of the team
Research and Source Materials, Products and Information as needed
Communicate and coordinate with other members of the team
Source and procure office supplies as needed
Transaction Coordination Support and Training when needed
Update Inventory Lists and Status when needed
Assist Preparing Listing Documents when need
Photos, paperwork, email, phone support when needed
Back Up Showing Assistance when needed (retail properties)
