Looking for a Construction Sales Manager who is capable of overseeing a multi-person sales force. We are a well-known, local, award winning Roofing, Window, Doors and Aluminum Company that is growing and adding new positions to keep up with the demand.

Essential Duties
Provide leadership and direction to a 10+ sales member team
Effectively manage and schedule sales people to focus on multiple commercial and residential sales projects
Travel to and from appointments
Train sales team, ensuring all sales meet the high-quality customer service standards required by our company
Understand and manage scheduling, sales-record keeping, and dealing effectively with people
Responsible for monitoring successes of each salesperson
Ensure that strict safety standards with sales team are followed always
Ability to process and identify successful and unsuccessful sales processes
Job Requirements
Must work with integrity and honesty
Minimum five (5) years in roofing and window sales with a proven track record of success
Must be an in house ?closer? with a high closing rate and be able to teach by example
Working knowledge of construction industry standards and codes
Experience in managing a sales team
Our company is no stranger to the commercial and residential construction industry. With over 100 years of combined roofing, windows, doors and aluminum experience, we are hiring a Rock Star Sales Manager who is looking for a long term position. Must be able to pass a drug test. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required. OSHA certifications are a plus.
