Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or BS in Business Management or relative work experience. 2. Mechanical aptitude with hands on ability & knowledge of molders, finger jointers, POM & compu-rip. 3. 1st or 2nd shift supervisory experience in manufacturing including performance reviews, employee training, etc. 4. Excellent knowledge of Excel and MS Word required. 5. Ability to utilize a computer as a tool and work productively in a fast paced dynamic environment 6. Stable employment history.
