Electronic Repair Depot Manager Job Opening in minneapolis, Minnesota - Electronic Repair Depot Manager ADVANCED WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS has an immediate opening for an Electronic Repair Depot Manager/Coordinator of our expanding Two-Way Radio Repair Depot. We are located in Lakeville, MN, which is 25 miles south of Mpls / St. Paul. AWC specializes in two-way radio repair and the installation and maintenance of complex communication systems, locally and nationally. The Electronic Repair Depot Manager/Coordinator will be responsible for the oversight of our internal depot repair activities at AWC. The candidate will be accountable for requirements in support of two-way radio depot maintenance as well as ensuring that all contractual requirements are satisfied. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and reporting progress and deficiencies to the AWC management team. The candidate will conduct weekly depot status meetings with AWC management and will provide daily reports to management on time and material status. Candidate must possess outstanding interpersonal skills and leadership skills. Candidate must have the ability to deal with all employees and external business contacts while conveying a positive, service-oriented attitude. Knowledge of two-way radio systems is required. Knowledge of VoIP is preferable. Minimum 5 years experience in electronic depot maintenance. Managing schedules to cost, quality, and performance criteria is a must. Should be able to read, use, and interpret maintenance manuals. A working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing preferable.
