They employ back-office subject matter experts to provide back-office services of billing, marketing, and clinical compliance.
Job description:
Provide remote back-office billing services to our medical office clients.
Drive financial and operational metrics to reach P&L and KPI performance targets.
Build relations with thought-leaders and cultivating a strong marketing campaign.
Provide superior consulting and management experience to our client network
Requirements:
Work with C-Suite team to develop KPI?s, metrics, new business, software integration and focus sales strategy for physicians practice
Work with Medical Billing Managers to ensure achievement of Medical Billing Key Performance Indicators for our Medical Office Clients.
Review employees on a regular basis and facilitate success based on achievement of Key Performance Indicators
Ensure uniformly high client relationship scores
Ensure uniformly high client operational success scores
Ensure uniformly high client ROI metrics
Qualifications:
MBA (Required))
Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Business or Healthcare (Required)
5+ years of Hospital and/or Physicians practice experience (Required)
2+ years of supervision (Required)
3+ years of hospital/physician?s group consulting experience( Required)
3+ years or software and or IT solutions in Healthcare industry (Desired)
3+ years of project/program management in Healthcare (Desired)
Healthcare billing and coding experience in the ambulatory sector/physician practice (Preferred)
Financial Management and Prior P&L statement experience (Desired)
3+ years of advanced excel experience
2+ years or sales/marketing experience
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
Able to multitask and be accountable
