Project Manager/Sr. Consultant Job Opening in Duluth, Georgia - Project Manager/Sr. Consultant technology is looking for a strong project manager/ scrum master to join a growing team with a client in the duluth area. if you are interested in hearing more about the role, please send your most current resume to: description: * work with development team to design product road map and planning * own multiple projects from inception to go-live as well as jumping into existing projects and guiding them to the finish line * facilitate the identification, definition, and delivery of application development solutions * lead a cross functional team using a mix of traditional project management disciplines and agile/scrum practices required skills ? 5+ years of project management experience ? 3+ years of scrum master experience ? certified scrum master ? flexibility in pm deliverables and process ? required pm skills - charter, scope change, wbs, status reporting ? project scheduling and collaboration tools ? agile toolset (jira, version one, \"rally\") ? excellent communication skills, verbal and written ? scrum ceremonies (and reason why) ? risk and issue management ? outcome management ? experience managing a troubled project ? proven track record for meeting deliverables and milestones ? pm certification (pmp, pmi-acp) is a plus ? experience in program management is a plus ? microsoft project, sharepoint, o365 is a plus ? experience in legacy technology is a plus additional skills ? influence without authority ? team building ? autonomy and report to pmo ? applying scrum principles to a project ? applying agile values, agile principles, scrum values and 5 levels of planning ? able to manage a matrix organization ? able to articulate concepts ? facilitation skills ? expert at issue and conflict resolution ? adept at negotiation and influence ? organization skills ? leadership to team and in organization
