Business Office Manager Job Opening in Concord, North carolina - JOB SUMMARY:
The Business Office Manager (BOM) is a critical member of the facility management team. The BOM is the primary contact for all matters relating to accounting, payroll and accounts receivable. The BOM works closely with the executive director, department heads and the accounting/human resources departments of the home office.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
Maintain the record of the residents in the General Ledger System/AHT
Collection of Accounts Receivable and explaining the invoicing to the residents and their families
Oversight of the cash receipts and posting to the general ledger system
Oversight of the accounts payable process including verifying the accuracy of the invoices and the coding of the expenses
Review of monthly financial statements
QUALIFICATIONS:
The BOM must meet the following qualifications:
Minimum High School Diploma
Strong organizational skills and tremendous attention to detail
Solid sense of customer-focus; excellent interpersonal skills
Proven computer skills, experience with a billing system is a plus
Familiarity with healthcare is a plus
