Assistant Toddler Teacher Job Opening in lansing, Michigan - Assistant Toddler Teacher Bright Start Early Learning Center is looking for a Toddler Assistant Teacher The Assistant Teacher reports on a daily basis to the classroom Teacher as well as to the Center Director. Job requirements include HS Degree/GED and experience working with children under age 3. Must be CPR and First Aid Certified and pass a background check performed by DHS and ICHAT. Child Development Associate (CDA) credential preferred. In addition, 12 hours of training every years must be maintained. Principal duties are to assist classroom teacher in managing a developmentally appropriate classroom and with all activities and routines. Interact with children in an enthusiastic and appropriate manner, creating enduring relationships. Maintain clean, neat, safe and organized environment in the classroom.
