Call Center (Healthcare Industry) - Customer Service Represe... Job Opening in Washington, District of columbia - We have an immediate need to fill multiple full-time Healthcare Customer Service Representative Positions for a DC Call Center.
If you are energetic, smart, professional and able to multi -task we want you on our elite CSR team.
Job Purpose: Work in a fast-paced, high-energy Call Center located in Washington, DC. Provide support to individuals who are enrolling in health insurance programs. Our Customer Service Representatives provide high quality service with pride through multiple channels of telephone, web chat and email, and written correspondence.
Duties:
Assist callers by answering product and service questions; provide appropriate resolution or direction for next steps. * Provide in-depth program information to consumers about the Exchange and educate callers on various programs. * Accept telephone applications for many of the programs. * Enroll individuals into qualified plans. Assist and resolve issues related to applications and eligibility determination for the Exchange. * Prepares service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Maintains call logs and records of call consumer calls. * Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Call Center Experience Required. * Experience in the healthcare industry a plus. * Bi-lingual candidates strongly desired.
