Assist self-directed (stocks, futures and Forex) traders in understanding the benefits and acquisition of our intermarket analysis trading software and guide the growth and success of a team of Inside Sales Associates. Previous Financial industry experience is not required! QUALIFICATIONS FOR MARKET TECHNOLOGIES? SALES MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM: We are hiring confident, energetic, ambitious and honest individuals who have a winning attitude and the following:
Ability and desire to master selling our software prior to potentially moving into a manager role
5+ years of telephone sales experience
Experienced selling B2C
A verifiable track record of achievement in exceeding sales goals
Well-developed social and communication skills
Experience in training, coaching, and motivating inside sales representatives.
