Elm Heating & Cooling, Inc established in 1953, is seeking an HVAC Inside Sales position available in River Grove, IL. . We are looking for a career minded person who is looking for a long term position with a great company.
Principal Responsibilities:
Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders
Recommend products to customers, based on customer?s needs and interests
Answers customers? questions about products, prices, availability, and product uses
Estimate or quote prices, warranties, and delivery dates
Prepare estimates and bids that meet specific customer needs
Follow-up on estimates and bids submitted to customers
Provide customers with product brochures or catalogs
Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support
HVAC experience preferred.
