Line Cook Job Opening in Bozeman, Montana - We are currently looking for a full time and a part time Line Cook to join our team at the Holiday Inn Bozeman. Experience is a plus, but is not necessary; we can train the right person. Please fill out an application at the front desk at 5 East Baxter Lane. This position is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of culinary service for our hotel guests. In addition, the line cook maintains consistent food preparation and plate presentation for our ala carte restaurant and catered events.
Line Cook responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Ensures prep work for Restaurant is complete and the line is adequately stocked for projected business.
Assists with the preparation and service of banquets, as assigned. Maintains and enforces safety and sanitation standards.
Prepares all necessary menu items.
Coordinates orders during peak periods.
Preps for the next day.
Follows shift closing procedures including the closing procedures checklist. Informs the Executive Chef (or Manager on Duty) when the shift is completed.
Additional tasks and projects as assigned by the Executive Chef.
Candidates must be willing to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
