Kingston Residence of Santa Fe is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager
In this role as an HR Manager your focus will be to perform facility human resources functions including:
Employee recruitment and retention
Employee relations
Payroll oversight and administration,
Benefits and personnel policy administration.
Assist with maintenance of financial systems in compliance with requirements.

Position Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree required, preferably in business administration or human resources. Extensive experience in HR field may be considered in lieu of Bachelor?s degree
Two or more years of HR experience
Two years of prior experience in a long-term facility, preferred
Past experience in payroll and Kronos HRIS desired
Proficient w/ computer programs: Microsoft Office, HRIS, LMS, ATS
PHR or SHRM ? CP Certification preferred
Knowledge of HR laws required
Excellent communication skills
