Manage and review prepartaion of internal and external financial statements
Work closely with VPs to make strategic business decisions
Ad-hoc analysis
Training and development of staff
SOX and COSO requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting/Finance from accredited university
4-6 years of relevant experience in Public Accounting or SEC reporting role
US GAAP & SEC Requirements
CPA or CPA in process a plus
Public accounting audit experience a plus
Accounting ERP systems knowledge
Highly proficient in Excel.
