We are a stable painting business that's busy throughout the year and need someone extraordinary to play an integral role in our business by managing the administrative process from first contact to final invoice.
We are looking for someone who has the ability to be in charge and properly manage our office environment and staff and who?s willing and interested in continually learning and improving themselves, who can maintain a positive attitude while working hard at a fast pace, and who understands the importance of relationships in a customer centered business.
Pay rate is $40-50k depending on training and experience.

Expectations :
Enable the owner and sales team to be as productive as possible by taking on all administrative duties
Ensure the financial integrity of the business and help us improve our bottom line
Give the owner breathing room to recruit and train new field personnel
Create, implement and improve internal procedures
Be the primary point of contact for customers, subcontractors, vendors and employees
Communicate comfortably but professionally with consumer and commercial clients
Influence team members to track and report statistics accurately
Collaborate with the owner to improve company efficiency and quality
Manage all our HR functions
Manage all AP and AR functions.
Skills and Experience :
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office
3+ year's light bookkeeping or relevant experience with QuickBooks preferred
Basic accounting knowledge a plus
Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new technology
Excellent customer service skills
Associate?s degree or Bachelor?s degree a plus
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to type 35+ wpm
