For the next few months, the position is part time (15-20 hours per week, $20/hr) but by Fall, all rational predictions indicate you'll find yourself in a full time position, probably supervising the work of one or more interns/assistants and managing a truly unimaginable work flow for the strong, powerful, connected female CEO. Does this truly appeal to you? The ideal person for this role is capable of effectively managing the many systems required to make a business run smoothly. This includes making sure our authors and speakers (some quite famous) are treated with excellence at all times, internet research, clerical work like filing and database management, lots and lots of phone calls, helping our virtual team, assisting with lead management, choosing, supporting and managing new and existing vendors, some travel arranging, maintaining office equipment and supplies, and about 2000 random tasks that cannot be listed here. If you get stressed out in a busy environment where priorities must change often to catch the biggest fish, this will NOT be your dream job. Who are you?
