Sales Associate Job Opening in Madison, Wisconsin - General Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible engaging with retail customers and businesses to qualify their needs, closing sales and managing orders thru to completion in the form of customer pickup, delivery or installation. Additional responsibilities include store upkeep activities, merchandising and other tasks per the direoction of the store manager.
Previous appliance or electronics sales experience not required. In fact, smart and motivated industry outsiders looking to make strong commissions and grow within a rapidly expanding organization are encouraged to apply.

Manage a book that includes both retail and customers
Understand the products we sell in great detail thru upfront and continued training
Provide industry leading support to customers before, during and after the sale
Clean, setup displays and perform other merchandising tasks
Promote Grand's advertising and marketing campaigns in store
Preferred Education and Experience
We are seeking applicants with a Bachelor degree, however applicable work experience and/or training will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor degree.
Experience selling major appliances or electronics is preferred, but not required.

Compensation
Grand's commission structure is a monthly draw in which employees accrue commissions over the course of the month to be paid out as applicable at the end of the period. In addition to commissions, employees are eligible for bonuses in the form of outside vendor spiffs and internal performance bonuses.
