Accounts Receivable Specialist Job Opening in Raleigh, North carolina - Accounting Principals is looking for a direct hire Accounts Receivable Specialist in Raleigh.
Great Plains, SAP, or another Large ERP system experience is a must.
Must have good written communication like to have someone coming either large distribution, construction, or manufacturing, someone with inventory experience.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We currently have an open position for an Accounts Receivable Specialist. Must be a self-starter with high attention to detail and excellent customer service skills:
-Prepares and ensures that all customer invoices are billed accurately, consistently within the customer?s requirements and timely
-Verifies the products and services performed are correct and all required documentation is submitted with invoicing according to the customers SOP
-Assist with adjustment of invoices
-Input invoicing into third party billing system
-Works with AR Supervisor to maintain up to date billing processes and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
-1-2 years of experience as a billing invoice specialist in an ERP System
-Excellent computer skills including the ability to learn new computer software
-Ability to handle high volume
-Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and multi-task required
PREFERRED SKILLS
Dependability, data entry skills, Microsoft- Excel, customer service, attention to detail, teamwork, time management, documentation skills, ability to follow standard operation procedures of customer for their invoice requirements.
