Take initiative to provide management support, assistance and guidance.
Prepare and review financial, operational and statistical reports.
Assist in oversight of monthly accounting close.
Support internal control requirements.
Experience with basic ERPs (SAP and Oracle preferred) and reporting tools.
Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Excel and Access.
Strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems, execute, and transfer knowledge.
Prepare monthly and annual operating budgets
Provide leadership and support to accounts receivable and accounts payable
Manage the preparation of payroll for personnel
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in manufacturing operation
Accounting designation (CMA, CGA or CA), or an equivalent combination of related experience and education
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Impeccable analytical and organizational skills
Self-motivated and self-directed
Ability to work closely with a senior management team
Bilingual: English and Mandarin are preferred
