Medical Equipment QA Specialist Job Opening in Ogden, Utah - This professional will ensure quality assurance in the support and maintenance of medical equipment. The position is located in Ogden, Utah.
The Medical Equipment QA Specialist (BMET III) will:
Conduct auditing of internal Quality Systems and may assist in the modification of QMS documentation to assure that customer and regulatory requirements are met.
Participate in improvement teams in the development and evaluation, analysis of root cause and corrective action processes.
Participate with site initiatives, participating on teams in order to drive best practices.
Collects and analyzes organizational quality metrics and performs reviews to evaluate results.
Provide support for maintaining compliance in regards to preventative requirements of production equipment.
Position Requirements
Graduate from a DoD or Civilian biomedical technician school (e.g. DoD BMET Basic Course)
3+ years of experience in healthcare and/or medical research and mechanical maintenance operations
5+ years of experience in healthcare and/or medical research/medical maintenance operations in lieu of a technical degree
National Agency Check and Inquiries (NACI) required
