Sr Business Analyst Job Opening in Grand Rapids, Michigan - Based in Grand Rapids, you will be responsible to the Senior Director of the PMO supporting the Project Manager and delivery of IT infrastructure & software related projects across various departments of large national healthcare organization. The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing operations and systems processes in a detailed and accurate manner and provide recommendations to process improvement; develops requirements supporting the business objective; is able to develop plans with Operations and Project Management to execute the project!

Requirements:
Conducts requirement gathering meetings using any number of techniques (I.E.: JAD, questionnaires, 1 on 1 interviews, brainstorming, etc)
Communicate effectively with external clients and internal teams to deliver product?s functional requirements like screen, interface, and GUI designs.
Document the acquired results of analysis and workflows as well as obtaining sign-off from the appropriate client.
Design and execute the test scripts and test scenarios.
Coordinate with the groups of business unit who test, validate, evaluate new applications and functions, and determine issues in services and software.
Qualifications:
7+ Years Senior Business Analyst
7+ Years Ticketing, Web(KPI'S), VOIP/WAN Projects
Visio, Access, Sharepoint, Project
IIBA Certification Preffered
Experience with Agile, Lean or Six Sigma,
