Quality Improvement Coordinator Job Opening in Napa, California - Collabria Care is comprised of a team of dedicated staff and volunteers committed to providing exceptional professional healthcare, education and service to community. We are currently seeking a Quality Improvement Coordinator , who is a registered nurse responsible in maintaining and revising the Performance Improvement Programs for Hospice, Palliative Care and Adult Day Services. Coordinates the activities of departments, committees and staff to develop and document ongoing evaluation activities, perform studies and problem focused reviews, interpret data and promote the Performance Improvement Program to clinical and support services. Assists the Director of Performance Improvement and may assume the role when necessary. This position reports to the Director of Performance Improvement.

Associate Degree (AD) from* an accredited school of nursing*
Current California RN license
Bachelor of Science (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing (preferred)
Minimum two (2) years experience as a licensed RN
Minimum two (2) years of experience in quality or performance improvement
Strong planning, organizing, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Detailed knowledge of Title 22 and requirements for licensure and accreditation
Proficient with PC applications including databases, excel, and word processing.
Possession of a California Driver?s License and ability to maintain auto insurance.\
Ability to maintain CPR and other mandated program.
