Position Overview
Ashfield Healthcare has partnered with a prominent pharmaceutical company to build a team of Customer Service Representatives. This team of Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for providing Pediatrician & Primary Care offices with product materials, samples, and co-pay cards.
Responsibilities
Establish, maintain, and develop strong relationships with customers in HCP markets
Deliver appropriate and approved information to target accounts
Deliver relevant messaging to target accounts
Achieve call activity targets as set by the company
Complete administrative items daily
Skills/Experience Required
Bachelor?s degree required
2 years of work experience with a proven track record of driving results; customer service role preferred
Strong interpersonal, and relationship building skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability/willingness to travel
Detail oriented
Timeliness
Valid driver?s license and clean driving record
Computer/iPad proficient
