Apex Medical Center is currently seeking a qualified Credentialing Specialist/ Accounts Receivable/Billing Specialist for a progressive and growing PAIN MANAGEMENT AND INTERNAL MEDICINE : EHR Health Fusion MediTouch Experience is preferred.
Experienced in Credentialing for multiple providers. Experienced in attesting for meaningful use.
Daily receipt application, cash management and debit/credit memo creation with extensive data entry in ERP accounting system
Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of client invoices
Monitoring the daily status of invoices for internal tracking
Accurate recording of the invoices for financial purposes.
Must meet or exceed accuracy expectations.
This is a critical role, requiring a person with strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail.
Prepare invoices according to established quality, productivity standards and contract guidelines
Conduct account research and analysis
Maintain an accurate aging report
Reconcile A/R to the general ledger
Resolve discrepancies
Identify and execute the necessary process adjustments
Ensure that all billable costs are invoiced monthly
Monitor and Track production status of invoices being prepared
Daily processing of invoice information into database
Accurate and timely tracking and monitoring of sub-consultant invoices
Perform some manual invoice creation and accounts receivable collections
