Weekend Residential Youth Counselor Job Opening in Sellersburg, Indiana - A Residential Youth Worker (RYW) is responsible for the social, emotional, spiritual, and physical needs of residents who are enrolled in on-campus treatment programs. RYWs provide supervision and intervention as needed as they model positive relationship skills by joining clients in the completion of daily living tasks as well as other recreational and therapeutic activities. RYWs provide care in shifts, 24/7, 365 days a year.
Weekly Schedule: This full-time role will work Fridays 6am-8pm, Saturdays 7am-7pm, and Sundays 7am-7pm each week. A total of 4 weekends off duty per year will be allowed in this role (unpaid unless covered by earned vacation time).
