Administrative/Marketing Assistant Job Opening in Vancouver, Washington - Come be a part of our team!
The Al Angelo Company is looking for a motivated, dependable, energetic person to fill their position for an Assistant at their Corporate Office. This position works directly with our Portfolio Supervisors to maintain our social media sites as well as offers administrative assistance to Supervisors and Owners in the office. Knowledge and interest in social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snap Chat and Google + needed.
Duties and abilities would be but are not limited to:
Answering multiple phone lines as needed
Front Desk coverage for lunch breaks and vacation times
Filing as needed
Keeping supply cabinets stocked
Offer administrative support to Corporate Staff including Owners, Residential Supervisors, Accounting and HR
Assists with events and event planning
Some marketing experience to assist Residential Supervisors with: Marketing sites/pages for company
Google + pages
Company Master Market Survey
Advertising tracking
Gets along well with all types of people
Takes directions well from multiple people
Professional appearance (tattoos need to be covered, no facial piercings, etc)
Flexible
Team Player
Self-Starter
This is a full-time position. Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
