project accounting asst Job Opening in Plano, Texas - Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Projects
? Assist project accountant carry out daily bookkeeping tasks relating to GL, A/P and A/R.
? Manage project credit card activities via web based company account.
? Ensure all project receivable and payable documents are up to date.
? Assist Project Engineers with generation of purchase order requests by engineering.
? Assist Project Engineer/Manager with various project related works and month-end close entries.
? Maintain overall accuracy of project accounts and project activity, meeting contract
requirements and budget.
? Follow up on project receivables, aging and collection process.
? Assist in other areas as needed.
