40 hours/week, Night Shift
Maine Behavioral Healthcare is seeking experienced Residential Care Workers located in Sanford, ME. The Residential Care Worker provides direct care to residents with chronic mental illnesses in a 24-hour residential setting, while also providing case management, crisis intervention, supportive counseling, supervision of ADLs, administration of medications, and maintaining extensive records and charting.
FLOAT Position ?
10:30PM ? 8:30AM; 4 nights per week,
Shift differentials for overnight and weekend hours
Minimum Qualifications:
Valid Maine driver?s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation and proof of acceptable motor vehicle liability insurance required.
High School Diploma required.
Bachelor?s degree in Social Work or related field desirable.
Experience working in community mental health field preferred.
Current MHRT-I certified in the State of Maine preferred, training provided to obtain certification.
