The Napleton Auto Group, one of the most dynamic, long-standing and rapidly growing retail automotive groups in Chicagoland, has an immediate opening for an experienced Automotive Controller at one of our multi-franchise highline locations. These franchises include the following: Mercedes Benz, Jaguar, Volvo, Alfa Romeo, Fiat and Nissan. This is a very rare opportunity within our organization.

We are looking for an Automotive Controller to oversee the dealership accounting staff, direct staff in providing and maintaining procedures and systems necessary to insure proper records, adequate accounting, financial, and related services.
Job Duties:
· Providing management with timely reviews of dealership financial status and progress.
· Reporting the financial condition of the total dealership regularly and accurately
· Completing and submission of Financial Statement in timely matter to manufacturer specifications and deadlines
· Overseeing scheduling and management of full and part time office staff.
· Growing and developing a solid office team.
· Utilizing Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word.
Job Requirements:
· Must possess prior automotive management experience running a highly efficient automotive office; and all the duties of a ?hands on? Office Manager, (including cash management, completion of payroll, monthly financial statements, preparing sales tax, payroll taxes, 8300, bank/factory reconciliations, etc).
· Must have excellent communication and organization skills; as well as a customer centric focus and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
· Dealertrack DMS experience preferred, but not required.
· Self-motivated, excellent time management and organizational skills.
