Marketing Manager

We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team located in our Middleton, MA office. The right candidate is self-directed and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand markets served to support strategic initiatives and enhance company?s competitive position

Administer audience strategies, business practices and technologies to improve department performance and enhance value to our customers and clients

Convert strategy and marketing goals into compelling copy and promotional material by developing concise and engaging content for a variety of marketing campaigns

Manage, organize, and facilitate execution of marketing campaigns to support membership organizations ? acquiring new and renewing members, generating attendees for events, selling ancillary products and services including professional credentials

Skilled in email marketing, interactive/web marketing, PR, social media and direct mail

Work in partnership with editorial/content team to develop marketing assets to drive lead generation programs

Meet assigned unit and revenue goals

Compile and deliver data /reports on time and error free

Determine and set priorities; manage limited resources to best effect

Effectively manage products with minimal guidance

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor?s Degree or higher

5+ year?s marketing experience

Proficient in all facets of digital marketing including PPC, social media and email

Ability to work collaboratively with other internal stakeholders

Professional appearance, strong presentation and communication skills including the ability to create concise, compelling marketing communications

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel

Capable of working within a dynamic and highly distributed team environment
