Revenue Cycle Associate Job Opening in Boston, Massachusetts - As a member of the Medicare Risk Operations (MRO) team, the Associate will be responsible for supporting Iora Health's claims management process for all payors and activities related to the Medicare Risk Operations team.
Daily Duties:
Develop workflows to ensure billing compliance for new and existing payors.
Manage ongoing claims submission to all sponsors including process to address issues with submitted claims.
Monitor Coding Vendor QA results and mitigation processes.
Manage coding vendor invoices.
Manage chart audits for all payors.
Manage Medicare Risk Operation meetings for all payors and vendors.
Provide general support to maintain department production and quality requirements.
Manage, prepare and review monthly reporting needs.
Other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree with demonstrated academic excellence
1+ year of experience in claims processing
Coding certification a PLUS
