Job Responsibilities
Grow sales and market share
Maximize profits with each account per established guidelines
Develop and maintain relationship with customers
Provide support to outside sales staff for all accounts
Field all incoming calls and correctly answering inquiries on product, availability, pricing, and deliveries.
Make product recommendations based on consumer needs and product availability
Job Qualifications
Self-Starter & Solutions-Oriented
Customer Service Centric
Eager to learn and to be a part of a new and revolutionary industry
Able to build and maintain long term business relationships
Ability to work independently as a key member of a team
Computer proficiency on Windows based proprietary programs as well as PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc
Minimum Requirements(Must Pass at least one)
Bachelor's degree, ideally in business or sales
Experience in Sales
Experience in the field as a solar installer or electrician
Compensation
Base salary, plus benefits per CED policy (per CED policy, medical, dental, vision, life, paid-vacation)
Profit Sharing- Sky's the limit on yearly earnings. What you put into the company is reflected at the end of the year in a sizeable profit share bonus.
