Territory Manager- Texas, 5+ Years Professional Skincare Sal... We are seeking a wholesale skincare professional with an existing account base (30+ active accounts), a strong esthetics background and a passionate interest in natural skincare. The right candidate will be self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, willing to learn, possess a solid work ethic and have fantastic phone and computer etiquette.
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting new business and growing existing accounts in the diverse high-end skincare market including medical & luxury spas, physician's offices and licensed skincare facilities including day spas and resorts. From sales presentations to training and continued support, we expect you to maintain and grow relationships while developing a solid revenue base with our clients.

Key Qualifications:
Current wholesale account base (30+ active accounts) with experience and relationships in the Professional Skincare, Beauty or Medical Field.
Ability to prospect, develop territory strategy, cold call (both in person and on the phone) and deliver detailed sales for opening new business.
Excellent sales skills and communication skills: written, verbal and presentation.
Ability to organize and prioritize with excellent business judgment and strong follow through.
Energetic leader and creative thinker focusing on goals and performance.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships, working well with and motivating others.
Proven experience in outside sales, minimum of 3 years. FYI: We do not sell to Department Stores, Beauty Supply stores, QVC, HSN or Sephora.
Skill and confidence to conduct thorough, impactful training, individually and in group settings, regarding ingredient technology and product usage. Esthetics license preferred.
Motivate Spa Partner?s selling teams via retail floor selling, strategy and coaching.
Ability to work independently while delivering and executing corporate messaging and direction.
Must live within the metro-area of your territory and be able to work in the field Monday-Friday 8 to 5. May require some travel outside your territory as required by corporate.
