Corporate Controller Job Opening in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania - Our client has retained us to perform a search for a Corporate Controller for a Phoenixville, PA manufacturer. The company has a strong regional presence and is now looking for a hands-on financial controller to contribute to its continued growth and success. The Controller will be the top finance person in the company, overseeing a team of 3 subordinates and reporting directly to the CEO.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of manufacturing accounting and financial management experience, which would include developing, managing and leading a financial reporting team. The successful candidate will possess the highest level of financial skill, including strong competency in accounting, budgeting and forecasting, value-added metric analysis, internal controls, and cash management functions. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required, and a CPA or MBA is preferred.
Compensation consists of a base salary of $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience level, group benefits, 401(k), and participation in the senior management incentive bonus plan.
