Network Development Manager (West Coast) Job Opening in Portland, Oregon - My Egg Bank (MEB) is seeking a Network Development Manager to drive the continued growth of its pioneering frozen donor egg bank?one of the oldest and largest in the North America. The Manager will be responsible for cultivating relationships with fertility clinics already part of MEB?s affiliate network and expanding the network to include new, premier IVF centers. Patients of the MEB affiliate clinics are permitted and encouraged to use MEB to find frozen donor eggs. The core of the Manager?s work will be visiting existing and prospective affiliate clinics around the country to increase awareness among physicians, administrators, embryologists and nurses about the advantages that MEB?s frozen donor egg bank can provide for their patients. The Manager?s efforts to provide best-in-class service to clinics should result in onboarding of many new clinics to the network and an increase in sales to existing clinics.
The role requires a basic understanding of vitrification, clinical protocols for fertility treatments, embryology and terminology associated with third party reproduction. The ideal candidate is a team player, effective communicator and customer service-oriented professional who cares deeply about fulfilling MEB?s mission of making high-quality frozen donor eggs available to as many recipients as possible. Prior sales experience is desired.
This is a full-time position reporting to MEB?s Director of Clinical Operations for My Egg Bank and requiring frequent communication with MEB?s business head, Medical Director and Scientific Director. The candidate may be based anywhere on the West Coast. Significant (60%+) travel weekly to visit affiliate centers will be expected, along with initial training and periodic trips to My Egg Bank?s headquarters in Atlanta. Responsibilities:
Travel weekly to existing and prospective network clinics throughout North America
Develop effective relationships with key affiliate clinic staff members and maintain active lines of communication with all MEB network members
Provide recurring education to clinicians, embryologists and administrators on the advantages of using frozen donor eggs and MEB?s proven success rates
Sign up new clinics and ensure their efficient onboarding, including education on clinical protocols, embryology best-practices, and access to MEB?s Donor Management System
Provide detailed weekly reports and analysis of sales data to MEB management
Collaborate with the MEB team to develop and implement sales strategies and participate in strategic planning
Help the MEB Clinical Director manage problem-solving with affiliate clinics
Requirements:
Background in healthcare operations, pharma sales, and/or clinic management
Deep understanding of fertility services and third party reproduction strongly desired
Familiar with FDA compliance and HIPPA trained
A Bachelor?s degree
Sales or customer service experience a plus
