Billing/Managed Care/ Collections Coordinator Job Opening in Watertown, Massachusetts - Summary: Performs the processing of all elements related to Revenue Cycle for an outpatient rehabilitation clinic including:
Billing Third Parties for Physical ,Occupational and Speech Therapy , Posting, financial clearances, appeals and collections.
Obtains and maintains timely and accurate authorizations for ongoing treatment.
Expectation is for this individual to own all aspects of revenue cycle and the supporting tasks, and consistently maintain positive cash flow.
Requires strongly demonstrated organization skills and orientation to detail, high degree of integrity, strong skills with patients, colleagues, and external referral and payer sources. Must be skilled in computer technology.
Qualifications: Previous experience in healthcare direct billing/patient required. High school graduate required, Associates Degree/Billing certification desirable.
Hours: This is a 24 hour per week position, preferably Mon-Thursday, 7 am-1:00 pm
