Territory Sales Representative Entry Level Job Opening in San Francisco, California - Job Summary
Looking for a highly motivated sales representative to directly initiate and coordinate sales within an assigned territory with a heavy emphasis on obtaining new business. Candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills, active listening skills, a high degree of self motivation and accountability as well as the ability to build rapport with new and existing business. This is an entry level position with opportunity for quick growth
Essential Resposibilities
Expand market share of specific Scican infection control products by actively pursuing sales opportunities within a designated territory while maintaining existing customer relationships.
Develop relationships with specific dental dealer networks and work closely with existing Scican Sales Representatives to actively pursue all sales opportunities.
Plans, organizes, and implements effective strategies using all company programs, tools and initiatives to increase market share within the territory
Maintains professional and consistent communication with Regional Manager and perform activities with customers as directed.
Attends all sales meetings, dental conventions, and any company Career Development training programs as instructed by Regional Manager.
Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies.
Job Requirements
Experience:
1-2 years of prior sales-related experience is required
Bachelors Degree
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
Desired skills include sales knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and time management skills
Compensation
Base salary, commission and a company car, along with all business expenses paid and full benefits
