Accounts Payable Clerk Job Opening in Romeo, Michigan - Accounts Payable cycle using public accounting software, Fundbalance is a plus. Prepare invoices, maintain a contractor file, verify approvals and GL numbers, run a weekly AP, a monthly ACH vendor run and a monthly reconciliation of AP checks. Complete annual 1099 reporting and assist with annual audits as needed. Maintain a professional and organized work environment. Provide backup and assistance to the other accounting department personnel and programmers as needed. Experience with ACH transactions and direct deposit vendors. Assist with Accounts Receivable as necessary. 2-3 days per week, very flexible hours, no weekends or nights. Desire an experienced accounting professional with excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office. Associates degree or higher is a plus.
