CSR/Order Manager Job Opening in seattle, Washington - CSR/Order Manager A Seattle company is looking for a long-term, temporary Order Manager. Job duties will include, but are not limited to: manage fulfillment orders, be the first point of contact for all internal and external customers, prepare and complete all written documentation, handle all difficult customer situations, manage multiple orders simultaneously, help determine process improvement and make suggestions to management, and all other tasks that arise. Ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, provide timely and professional responses to customers via phone and email, have excellent attention to detail, be organized, detail-oriented, have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to work under pressure and in tight deadlines. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. Experience with project is preferred. Experience with Oracle would be ideal, but not necessary. Hours are Monday- Friday, 8 am-5 pm. seattle wa washington
