Job Description & Title: Sales & Customer Service Representative: You?re a driven, energetic and dependable person that desires to take on the responsibility of expanding Plume by generating repeat orders from our existing clientele and at the same time seek out new customers in this fast growing market of feather hair extensions. You will directly report to the company owner and work to develop ongoing relationships with our current customers offering them exemplary customer service. You have a successful sales record and are knowledgeable in the current trends in both the fashion and beauty industries. Candidate must have a pleasant voice and be able to communicate effectively and efficiently over the phone. Daily duties - Check in with new clients to provide support and offer more products. - Contact return customers and keep them stocked and informed of seasonal colors. - Generate new customers by targeting specific salons. - Sales will mostly be done over the phone but there will be some opportunities for meeting with clients face to face. - Keep accurate and well-organized records of all client interactions. Following Job : - Education: 4-year degree not required, but a bonus. Previous sales experience desired. - Computer Skills: Intermediate computer proficiency desired as you will be using multiple software packages. (i.e. Quickbooks, Microsoft Word and Excel) Office Location: Fremont (Seattle) Office Starting Hourly Rate: There will be 3 month trial period in which there will be a hourly pay rate of $13/hr.
