Adult Immunization-Quality Improvement Advisor Job Opening in Birmingham, Alabama - Quality improvement team needs individual to coordinate and implement clinical and quality improvement activities to the assigned contract and/or project with designated providers, stakeholders and partners to help achieve better health care, better health, and reduce costs of health care through continual improvement. Activities may include evaluating appropriateness, efficiency and effectiveness, and recommending improvements through on-site visits, meetings, phone consultation and abstraction of data in collaboration with the team. Must be able to function independently yet work effectively in team environment. Bachelor?s degree in clinical/healthcare related field required; Master?s or advanced degree preferred. 5+ years experience with preferred. Alabama Registered nurse unrestricted license preferred. Advanced levels skills in Microsoft Suite, strong communication and organizations skills required. Travel statewide to sites as needed. Excellent benefits.
