Accounting Assistant Job Opening in Scottsdale, Arizona - Stealth Partner Group is seeking an entry level Account Coordinator to provide administrative support and coordination for the Scottsdale office.
Key Responsibilities
Assists Account Management team with ongoing projects;
Responsible for administration and premium distribution on large block of business;
Maintain ongoing relationship with broker on assigned business block;
File maintenance for all current and new files;
Initiates frequent discussions with Account Managers at Stealth to prioritize objectives and assists in accomplishment of those objectives;
Be able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks at one time;
Exercises considerable discretion and independent judgment in the performance of duties and responsibilities.

Strong mathematical skills

College degree or equivalent work experience is a plus
Prior ancillary (Life, Long-Term Disability, Short-Term Disability) is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft office products including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, with internal and external parties
Ability to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to meet deadlines
High attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills; ability to work cooperatively and jointly with various staff members
